Nordic Tankers A/S and WOMAR Logistics Pte. Ltd. have reached an
agreement to establish a jointly owned independent pool management
company with the name of "Nordic Womar". The agreement
includes:
- WOMAR, Singapore: East of Suez/transpacific east
- WOMAR, London: North-West Europe
- Nordic Tankers, Copenhagen: The Mediterranean, Africa,
transatlantic west, Canada west and to/from South America
- Nordic Tankers, Stamford: North, South and Central America,
transatlantic east, Canada east, transpacific west
